The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of St. Paul’s Convent School Parent-Teacher Association (SPCS PTA) was held on October 16, 2021 via Zoom.
The meeting was commenced by a welcome speech by our Masters of Ceremony Ms. Joanna Tong and Mr. Andy Cheung. Our Immediate past Chairman, Mr. Timothy Ngan, had presented the Chairman’s Report and made a presentation to summarize the activities organized by the SPCS PTA during the past year. Timothy has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the SPCS PTA Advisor, the Principal Rev. Sr. Margaret, 2020/21 SPCS PTA ExCo Members, Co-opt Members, Honorary Legal Advisor, Auditor, Teachers, PTA members, and parent volunteers for their invaluable advice, support and contributions offered to the SPCS PTA last year.
The key Executive Committee members of SPCS PTA 2021/22 were presented. The New Chairman of 2021/22, made a note of thanks to all members and the school for their dedicated efforts and contributions
Another highlight of the day was an inspiring talk presented by Ms. Constance Yeung, experienced registered social worker and counsellor from Human Empowerment & Achievement Training Caritas Family Service on “Marching forward hand in hand through the COVID Pandemic – How parents and young people should face the new challenges”.
