The 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of St. Paul’s Convent School Parent-Teacher
Association (SPCS PTA) was held on 15 October 2022 at Room G7. We were grateful that
our Honorary Legal Advisor, Ms. Gigi MAK and Honorary Members, Ms. Iris Chow, Mr. Freddie Tang, Ms. Loretta Go and Mr. Geoffrey Cho graced us with their presence in the meeting.
The meeting was commenced by a welcome speech from the Masters of the ceremony, Ms.
Candy Luk and Mr. Bryan Wong. Mrs. Zoie Chow, the immediate past chairperson presented
and confirmed the activities organised by the SPCS PTA in the previous year in the
Chairman’s report. Mrs. Zoie Chow expressed her deepest gratitude to the Principal Rev. Sr.
Margaret, PTA ExCo Members, Co-opt Members, Honorary Legal Advisor, Auditor,
Teachers, PTA members and parent volunteers for their invaluable advice, support and
contributions to the SPCA PTA last year.
Executive Committee members of SPCS PTA 2021-2022 PTA were present. Mrs. May Hau,
chairperson of coming year delivered a note of thanks to school, PTA committee members in
recognition of their invaluable advice and contributions. The special resolution of the
constitution amendments was passed by the majority of PTA members present at the AGM
and it was resolved that the SPCS PTA Constitution 2022 adopted with immediate effect.
An enlightening talk “From Love to Resilience “ was made by Ms. Tang Yuen Yee,
experienced registered social worker and counsellor from Caritas Family Service, Human Empowerment & Achievement Training (HEAT).
