Over 150 teachers from Mainland China participated in a summer programme in our school this July. PTA is honoured to have accompanied the teachers from Sichuan and Shaoguan in a journey exploring Hong Kong together seeing the top-rated attractions of our city.
With the arrangement of a six-day sightseeing tour on 9th, 11th, 15th, 17th, 24th and 25th of July respectively for 3 groups of Mainland Chain teachers, we went to several must-see Hong Kong destinations including Golden Bauhinia Square, the Peak, the Victoria Harbour, Edinburgh Place, Lee Tung Street Road and Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower. We also ‘ding ding’ the way through the city by iconic trams, visited the Victory Harbour by ferries and enjoyed a bus ride from the Peak. Although we met unforeseen weather conditions during the journey, the trip was still enjoyable and filled with memorable experiences.
PTA would like to take this opportunity to thank all our helpful and caring parent volunteers. Your dedication, enthusiasm, and unwavering support made the success of our trip and the memorable experiences of all participants. We look forward to seeing all of you again next year !
