The 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of St. Paul’s Convent School Parent-Teacher Association (SPCS PTA) was held on October 17, 2020 via Zoom.
The meeting was commenced by a welcome speech by our Masters of Ceremony Ms. Carman Li. Our Chairman, Mr. Timothy Ngan, had presented the Chairman’s Report and made a presentation to summarize the activities organized by the PTA during the past year. Timothy has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the PTA Advisor, Principal Rev. Sr. Margaret, 2019/2020 PTA ExCo Members, Co-opt Members, Honorary Legal Advisor, Auditor, Teachers, PTA members, and parent volunteers for their invaluable advice, support and contributions offered to the PTA last year.
The key Executive Committee members of PTA 2020/2021 were presented. The Chairman, Mr. Timothy Ngan, made a note of thanks to all members and the school for their dedicated efforts and contributions
Another highlight of the day was an inspiring talk presented by Caritas Jockey Club ‘Life Coaching’ Community Support Network on “A better way to enhance children’s confidence and motivation in learning”.
