The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of St. Paul’s Convent School Parent-Teacher Association (SPCS PTA) was held on October 19, 2019 at the Room G7.
The meeting was commenced by a welcome speech by our Masters of Ceremony Dr. Iceman Leung and Ms. Candy Luk. Our Chairman, Mr. Timothy Ngan, had presented the Chairman’s Report and made a presentation to summarize the activities organized by the PTA during the past year. Timothy has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the PTA Advisor, Principal Rev. Sr. Margaret, 2018/2019 PTA ExCo Members, Co-opt Members, Honorary Legal Advisor, Auditor, Teachers, PTA members, and parent volunteers for their invaluable advice, support and contributions offered to the PTA last year.
The key Executive Committee members of PTA 2019/2020 were presented. The Chairman, Mr. Timothy Ngan, made a note of thanks to all members and the school for their dedicated efforts and contributions.
In acknowledgement of the contribution and commitment made by the Parent-Teacher Association in the past year, Principal Rev. Sr. Margaret also presented the Appreciation Certificates to our 2018/2019 Ex-officio, ExCo and Co-opt members.
Another highlight of the day was an inspiring talk presented by our Honorable Guest, Ms. Tina Liu, on “A Better Parenting in this Digital Era”.
