The seminar has received highest record of online registration and participants of members. We are pleased that a total of over 200 parents, students and teachers gathered at the school hall in a Saturday afternoon on March 9, 2019 to attend the seminar presented by our distinguish speaker, Mrs. Silvia Mak.
Mrs. Silvia Mak is a renowned occupational therapist and specialist in gifted education, working with children and teenagers for more than 35 years. She has been invited as guest lecturer for Education University of Hong Kong, sharing her professional expertise with teachers on the best practice to support their students. She is also active in offering her exceptional insight in parenting on radio, TV, newspaper and also Facebook Live Event over the last two decades.
The seminar was well received by our parents. Some active parents raised critical questions to seek further advice from Mrs. Mak during the Q&A section. A mini book store in special offer was displayed during the seminar. We received 8 parents to join to be new PTA members.
