Time flies. The St. Paul’s Convent School Parent-Teacher Association is nearing its one-year-old birthday since its founding in September last year.
In celebration of the anniversary and enhancement of the communication between the school and parents, an annual dinner was held on the evening of Friday, 4th July 2008 at the Regal Palace, 3rd floor, Regal Hotel, Causeway Bay.
Totally, there were 205 parent members participated in the function that night, which was also graced by the presence of Principal Sister Margaret, teachers, and guests of honour: Dr. Dixon Wong, Head of School of Modern Languages and Cultures, The University of Hong Kong, and Vice-Principal Mr. ZHANG Si-ming and Chinese History Teacher LI Ke-feng of The Affiliated High School of Peking University.
With enlightening speeches given by our guest speakers, exciting entertainment by our parent volunteers, and the delicious food by the hotel, the party came to an end in a chorus of peaceful school hymn and happiness.
