What an accomplishment that was for the Green Campaign held last Saturday on 19th of January 2008! Just considering we had only one week to make things happen from decision to execution, the event turned out to be hugely successful. Donors started coming in as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 6 p.m., a ten hours non-stop donation sprint for Caritas’ Wei Po Fong. At the close of the day, 1,778 goodies, which were wrapped into 52 bags, were received from our generous givers.
We would like to say thanks to student and parent volunteers for their great efforts, particularly to Sr. Margaret and Exco members of PTA who cheered us along all day. It was really a wonder created by the magnificent teamwork of the school, students and parents.
